Q. How does it Work?
A. Give us a call to let us know the Year, Make & Model of your vehicle. The location of the vehicle, your phone number and possible price you are looking to obtain for your vehicle. Or fill out our easy On-Line form with all the same information. After the information is submitted we will be in contact with you as quickly as possible!

Q. Does Car-Tech have to view my vehicle to quote a price?
A. No, normally we can offer pricing over the phone. However depending on Year/ Make/ Model we may want to view your vehicle.

Q. How will I be paid for my vehicle?
A. We provide fast easy payment via Company Check. All checks are company endorsed and are backed by Sterling Bank, based in Manhattan, NY.

Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. No Fees whatsoever! We will view your vehicle at no cost or obligation. The price we offer for your vehicle is the price printed on the check.

Q. Do I have to decide right this minute?
A.  No, you do not have to make a decision immediately. Take your time and make sure you feel confident in your decision. No hassle or haggling. We can call you back on a specific day/week or you can call us when you’re ready. Car-Tech will honor our price quote for 1 week.

Q. How long does the process take?
A. The process of gathering your vehicle and contact information takes approximately 10 minutes. Additionally, we would need to ask some questions about the vehicle’s Certificate of Title and to explain how to complete it, so please have the Title with you. This will take approximately 5 minutes.

Q. When will my vehicle be picked up if I accept the FREE Towing?
A. Our towing company works on a “Next Business Day” basis. Meaning, we can have your vehicle picked up in 1 – 2 business days or any business day thereafter. The tow company does not work on weekends or major holidays.

Q. Where and How should I sign my title?
A. Please call us at (888) 395-3955 and one of our representatives would be more than happy to help you with the title signing process. It is very important this is done properly as the Division of Motor Vehicles does not allow alterations or corrections on a Certificate of Title.
