A. No, normally we can offer pricing over the phone.
However depending on Year/ Make/ Model we may want to view your vehicle.
Q. When will I be paid for my vehicle?
A. At the time of pick up.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. No Fees! We will pick your vehicle up and pay you on the spot at no cost to you.
Q. Do I have to decide right this minute?
A. No, you do not have to make a decision immediately.
Take your time and make sure you feel confident in your decision. All Price quotes are valid for 2 weeks.
Q. How long does scheduling a pick up take?
A. The process of gathering your vehicle and contact information takes approximately 5 minutes. Additionally, we would need to ask some questions about the vehicle's Certificate of Title so please have your title available at the time of your phone call.
Q. When will my vehicle be picked up if I accept the FREE Towing?
A. We offer next business day pick up and will try to accommodate your schedule in every way possible.
Q. Where and how should I sign my title?
A. It is very important this is done properly as the Division of Motor Vehicles does not allow alterations or corrections on a Certificate of Title. Please refer to our "Title Information" link for an overview or call 888-395-3955 and a representative will walk you through where to sign.
